Delete your account
This page is for Daybook, the personal expense tracker published by Foodoor Enterprises LLP and built by Codescap Software Solutions. You can delete your account yourself in seconds, or ask us to do it for you.
In the app, which is instant
- Open Daybook and go to the More tab.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account and everything synced to it are removed immediately, and the copy on your device is erased at the same time.
Or ask us to do it
Email us from the address you signed up with, so we can be sure it is you. Say that you want your Daybook account deleted. We action it within seven days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
Everything. Your account and sign-in identity, your email address, your name and phone number if you gave them, and every transaction, account, category, budget, bookmark, repeat and setting synced to it. The copy held on your device is erased in the same step.
Nothing is kept afterwards and there is no waiting period on our side. Crash reports are anonymous diagnostics rather than account data and expire on their own within 90 days.
If you would rather keep your records, export them first from More → Backup, as a spreadsheet or a full backup file. Once the account is deleted we cannot recover anything.
